If you scheduled your appointment online, be aware that your appointment does not guarantee you to be seen by the doctor the same day and time. We hold the right to refuse treatment or service at any given time if you do not follow our facility protocols or procedures and/or fail to maintain proper demeanor with our staff or the doctors.
If for any reason the insurance information you provided is incorrect, or your insurance is inactive at the time of visit, we reserve the right to either reschedule your appointment to a later date, or bill you as a self pay patient and you will be responsible for all the visit expenses.
Your online scheduled appointment does not guarantee the time of your consultation with the doctor. Your timely doctor's encounter may depend several factors e.g., check-in time, your insurance verification, and time taken by you to complete your intake forms. Once intake forms are completed, they are entered in the system, and the technician will take you for pre-testing. Hence, we encourage patients to request intake forms ahead of time, and fill them put before coming to your appointment, or arrive 15 minutes early for your appointment.
